Ask your administrator for the Presolve messaging number. Messages use your existing Presolve account, case access, and action permissions.
Connect your phone number
- Sign in to your own Presolve account and open Settings → Account.
- Check the Phone number. If you change it, select Save Changes before verifying it.
- To receive a welcome message after verification, turn on SMS Notifications and select Save Changes first.
- Select Verify Phone, then Start to receive a verification code. Enter the code and select Verify.
- Open Messages and reply to the Ask Presolve welcome, or start a conversation with the Presolve messaging number your administrator provided.
Review and approve a request
When a request needs approval, Presolve sends a review describing the proposed work. A longer review may arrive in several messages.- Read the complete review. Check the case, recipients, dates, amounts, document plan, and other details that apply.
- Reply with YES by itself to approve, or NO by itself to decline.
- Read the result. If the next step needs another approval, review the new messages and send a separate YES or NO.
Check progress and find the result
Send STATUS to check recent runs and pending reviews. For work started in the phone conversation, Presolve can send later approval requests and a completion notice to the same conversation. Documents and larger reports remain in Presolve; they are not sent as attachments. Open Presolve to inspect the saved result. Review generated material before using it in a matter, and check the relevant case or communication record after an action. If Presolve cannot confirm whether an operation finished, send STATUS and check the relevant records before asking it to repeat the action. The original operation may already have completed.Stop or resume messages
Send STOP to stop new replies and completion notices from the Presolve messaging line once the request is processed. A message already being sent may still arrive. Send START to resume. Use these commands in the same conversation. If you cannot get started
For browser conversations, see Ask a question and refine the answer. For a specific drafting or analysis task, choose a tool from the Tool Chest. If you still need help, prepare a support request.
